First of all, it is very important for us to establish a solid, unique relationship with each individual because we value and appreciate your trust and your business.
Also, there is the small stuff...
When on a dental chair, we offer you video glasses to enjoy one of 150 channels on cable TV, or you are welcome to bring your own portable DVD player, iPad, iPhone, or iSomethingElse...
Minimal Wait Time
We space appointments properly so there is no waiting. But if there is a time you stay a while in our spacious reception area, you are free to use wireless WiFi or a laptop we provide, watch our 50 inch high definition TV, or simply enjoy a cup of tea or coffee.
Evening Hours and Emergencies
For your convenience, we are open in the evenings. If you have a true emergency, you will be seen the same day.
During your first visit, Dr. Kinga will perform a comprehensive exam and x-rays will be taken, if needed, with digital x-ray equipment that emits up to 90% less radiation. Dr. Kinga can also use an intraoral camera to let you see all areas of concern.
Then, Dr. Kinga will personally go over the treatment plan suitable for you and she will discuss all financial and insurance aspects of your dental care. We will make sure that a good line of communication is open – we will talk WITH YOU, NOT TO YOU.
Team of Specialists
Since it is almost impossible to find a dentist who can perform all services at a clinically acceptable level, Dr. Kinga limits her practice to those procedures for which her superior performance is widely recognized. For other procedures, she has assembled a team of expert specialists for patient referrals.
For a crown, a bridge, an implant or a denture, we always choose one of the best American laboratories.
Infection control is of utmost importance to us. We clean and disinfect rooms between patients and use the state-of-the-art Statim autoclave to sterilize instruments.
